Wood is a living material. If you request specific character grades (such as "knotty" pine or live edge), you are accepting the natural voids, knots, and textures inherent to that grade. We do not 'fix' or remove natural features that define the requested style.
We do not guarantee exact color matching. Grain density determines how stain is absorbed; variations in shade across a single piece of timber are a mark of authenticity, not a defect.
Final finish and material selections are locked once procurement begins. Mid-build changes to material or stain are treated as new project quotes.
Digital proofs are the final authority on spelling and layout. Once approved, TNF Wood Work is not liable for errors present in the design, including client-provided dates or names.
We specialize in materials sourced to our technical specs. If we agree to engrave an item you provide, we are not liable for replacement costs if the material reacts unpredictably to the laser process.
All shipped orders require payment via secure Square Invoice. We do not accept unverified remote payments. Local pickups may be settled via Square or other agreed upon methods.
Full-value insurance is mandatory for all shipments. If you elect to waive insurance, you forfeit all claims for damage or loss once the item leaves our shop.
Projects not collected or paid in full within 30 days of completion are considered abandoned. Deposits are non-refundable and the item will be repurposed or sold.
